management– Explain to parents why we do things the way we do – Even the playing field among universities competing

for the same students. – More effectively advise the transnational applicant

(more reflective of admission practices/calendars in other countries.

Filing a complaint

• Reviewed by NACAC CEO and Admission Practices (AP) committee

• Any person or entity may submit a complaint alleging a violation

• A complaint must include: • The identity of the Complainant and Respondent• The provision that has been violated• Supporting documentation• Time period• Identity of others whom the Complainant believes has

relevant information
