Please remember that thisUSER MANUAL is not an

accessory of the piston, but itis a FUNDAMENTALCOMPONENT of the pistonitself and is a SAFETYPRESCRIPTION.

Thats why it is necessary tostore it in good conditions inthe machine chamber andhandle it to any conducer,user or subsequent owner, sothat they can get on thepiston, all information related

to its nature and its aim andalso all indications for a safeinstallation procedure.

Pour cette raison il faut le conserveren bon tat dans le local machine etle remettre chaque oprateur,utilisateur ou propritaire successif,afin que, du piston mme, lon puissetirer au mieux toutes les informationspour lesquelles il a t ralis etmme pour tre install au maximumde la SECURITE.

Rappelez-vous que toute mise jourdoit tre introduite dans le manuelcomme lindiquera le Constructeur. Lemanuel ne doit pas tre endommag,il doit demeurer intact (narrachez pasles pages), il doit tre conserv labri de lhumidit et de la chaleur.Pendant la consultation il faut viterde le tacher ou de dtriorer salisibilit.

Pour faciliter la consultation, lemanuel a t divis en parties afinque chaque phase soit bien articuleavec les arguments diviss eux aussien passages numrots.

com a mxima SEGURANA.

No esquecer que qualqueratualizao deve ser includa nomesmo manual como ser indicadopelo Fabricante. O manual no deveser danificado, deve permanecerintegro (no rasgar as folhas) e deveser conservado fora do alcance defontes de calor e de umidade. Quandofor consultado deve-se evitar suj-loou danificar a sua legibilidade.

Aus diesem Grund ist es notwendig,dieses in gutem Zustand imMaschinenraum aufzubewahren und

jedem Benutzer oder nachfolgendemBesitzer auszuhndigen, so da alleInformationen ber den Kolben selbstund seinen Verwendungszweck

bestmglich weitergegeben werdenund auch die Installation mit absoluterSICHERHEIT durchgefhrt werdenkann.

Daran denken, jegliche Aktualisierungwie vom Hersteller angegeben indieses Handbuch einzutragen. DasHandbuch darf nicht beschdigtwerden, mu immer vollstndigbeibehalten werden (niemals Bltterherausreien), und ist an einem Ortfern von Feuchtigkeit und Hitzeaufzubewahren. Whrend derKonsultation ist es notwendig daraufzu achten, Fettflecke bzw.Beschdigungen zu vermeiden,welche die Lesbarkeit beeintrchtigenknnten.

DELIVERYThe single stage pistons havebeen designed accordingwith rules EN 81-2.

Therefore they do notrepresent a danger for theoperator, provided that theyare installed complying withthe instructions indicated inthis manual.

The manual must be stored ingood conditions and at hand

of the operator.

The Manufacturer does notassumes any responsibility incase of modification,tampering or any operationnon complying with theprescriptions given in thismanual or in otherdocumentation, that couldcompromise the safety or thehealth of people or animals orthings in the immediatesurroundings of the piston.

Please remember that alltechnical values refer to thestandard piston (see part 3)and that the drawings andany other document deliveredwith the piston are property ofthe manufacturer thatreserves all the rights andrecall that the literature cannot be handled to third partieswithout its previous writtenapproval.

signed and built for a specificapplication in the field of liftsand are a simple effect type.The stem exits as a result ofthe effect of the fluid underpressure sent into the cylinderby the holeodynamic controlboard and returns into the cyl-inder for the weight applied onthe top of the stem.These pistons are available ina wide range of stem diam-eters (50-238) and in differentversions according to the typeof installation (on the side ofthe cab, indirect traction, cen-tral push under the cab).

Toutes les caractristiquestechniques du piston sont signalessur une tiquette. Parmi celles-ci il ya lindication du poids. Sil nest pas

indiqu sur ltiquette, il est de toutefaon indiqu sur le cylindre.

Au cas o cette tiquette et/ou le testreport ne se trouveraient pas, si lecylindre a t reverni ou si de toutefaon lon ne pouvait retrouver lepoids, nous dcrivons ci-aprscomment le calculer.

Exemple:

a - Consultez le tableau relatif autype de piston dont on veutcalculer le poids approximatif.

(Cet exemple se rfre aupiston type1008en une seulepice)

b - Mesurez le diamtre de la tiged.(exemple:100 mm)

c - Mesurez la longueur totale dupiston (L).(exemple:10,2 m)

d - Du moment quil nest pas

possible dtablir lpaisseur esde la tige, choisissez sur letableau lpaisseur majeure.(exemple:12 mm)

e - Observez sur la colonne Qp1 lavaleur.(exemple:41 kg/m)

f - Multipliez cette valeur par lalongueur exprime en mtres.(exemple:41 x 10,2 = ~418 kg)

g - Ajoutez la valeur deQp0.(exemple:418 + 32 = 450 kg)

h - 450 kg : est le poidsestim du piston.

i - Au cas o le piston seraitcompos de plusieurs pices(exemple:2) divisez le poidstotal par le nombre de pices.(exemple:

450 / 2 = 225 kg par pice)

Todas as caractersticas tcnicas dopisto esto descritas numa etiqueta.Entre os vrios dados contidosencontra-se tambm a indicao do

peso. No caso em que no seencontre na etiqueta, encontra-seindicado no cilindro.

No caso em que esta etiqueta e/ou oTest Report sejam extraviados, ocilindro seja pintado ou que emqualquer modo no se possaencontrar o peso, a seguir descreve-se como pode ser calculado.

Exemplo:

a - Consultar a tabela relativa ao

tipo de pisto do qual se desejacalcular o peso aproximado.(Este exemplo refere-se aopisto tipo1008de uma spea)

b - Medir o dimetro da haste d.(exemplo: 100 mm)

c - Medir o comprimento total dopisto (L).(exemplo:10,2 m)

d - Dado que no possvelestabelecer a espessura es dahaste, deve-se escolher natabela a espessura maior.(exemplo:12 mm)

e - Observar na coluna Qp1 ovalor.(exemplo:41 kg/m)

f - Multiplicar este valor pelocomprimento indicado emmetros.

(exemplo:41 x 10,2 = ~418 kg)

g - Acrescentar o valor deQp0.(exemplo:418 + 32 = 450 kg)

h - 450 kg : a estimativa dopeso do pisto.

i - No caso em que o pisto sejacomposto por vrias peas(exemplo: 2) dividir o peso total

pelo nmero de peas.(exemplo:450 / 2 = 225 kgpor cada pea)

TECHNISCHEDATEN

Alle technischen Daten des Kolbenssind auf einem Etikett aufgefhrt, u.a.die Angabe des Gewichtes. Solltedies nicht auf dem Etikett aufgefhrt

sein, ist dies jedoch auf dem Zylinderangegeben.

Sollte dieses Etikett und/oder derPrfbericht verloren gehen, derZylinder nachlackiert worden seinoder in irgendeiner Weise dasGewicht nicht mehr festgestelltwerden kann, wird nachstehendbeschrieben, wie dieses zukalkulieren ist

Beispiel:

a - Die Tabelle konsultieren, die

dem Typ des Kolbensentspricht, fr den dasungefhre Gewicht kalkuliertwerden soll.

(Dieses Beispiel bezieht sich aufden Kolben vom Typ 1008ineinem einzigen Stck)

b - Den Durchmesser des Schaftesd messen.(Beispiel: 100 mm )

c - Die Gesamtlnge des Kolbens

(L) messen.(Beispiel: 10,2 m )

d - Da es nicht mglich ist, dieStrke es des Schaftesfestzulegen, ist die grereStrke in der Tabelleauszusuchen.

(Beispiel: 12 mm )

e - In der Spalte Qp1 den Wertfeststellen.(Beispiel: 41 kg/m )

f - Diesen Wert mit der in Meternausgedrckten Lngemultiplizieren.(Beispiel: 41 x 10,2 = ~418 kg)

g - Den Wert Qp0hinzuaddieren.(Beispiel: 418 + 32 = 450 kg)

h - 450 kg : dies ist dasgeschtzte Gewicht desKolbens.

i - Falls der Kolben aus mehrerenTeilen besteht (Beispiel: 2), dasGesamtgewicht durch dieAnzahl der Teile dividieren.

(Beispiel: 450 /2 = 225 kgpro Teil)

SECCIN 3

CARACTERSTICASTCNICAS

Todas las caractersticas tcnicas delpistn estn indicadas en unaetiqueta. Entre ellas hay tambin laindicacin del peso. Si no est en la

etiqueta, est de todas formasindicado en el cilindro.

De perder esta etiqueta y/o el testreport, de pintar el cilindro o de no serposible identificar el peso, aqusiguen las indicaciones paracalcularlo.

Ejemplo:

a - Consltese la tabla relativa almodelo di pistn del que hay

que calcular el pesoaproximado.(Este ejemplo es para el pistnmodelo1008en una sola pieza)

b - Mdase el dimetro del vstagod.(ejemplo: 100 mm)

c - Mdase la largueza total delpistn (L).(ejemplo:10,2 m)

d - Dado que no hay la posibilidadde establecer el espesor es delvstago, en la tabla eljase elespesor mayor.(ejemplo: 12 mm)

e - Contrlese en la columna Qp1el valor.(ejemplo:41 kg/m)

f - Multiplquese este valor por lalargueza en metros.(ejemplo:

41 x 10,2 = ~418 kg)

g - Adase el valor deQp0.(ejemplo:418 + 32 = 450 kg )

h - 450 kg : es el pesoestimado del pistn.

i - Si el pistn est compuesto porms piezas (ejemplo: 2)divdase el peso total para elnmero de piezas.

(ejemplo:450 / 2 = 225 kg por pieza)

4.1TRASPORTO ALLUOGODINSTALLAZIONE

4.1.1CONSIDERAZIONI INIZIALI

E STOCCAGGIOI pistoni possono essere

spediti in tre modi diversi:

a - senza imballo

b - imballato con zeppe

c - imballato su pallet

4.1.2Ai capitoli 4.2, 4.3 e 4.4 vienedescritto come movimentare ipistoni e le eventuali parti finoin prossimit del luogodinstallazione.

I pistoni possono esserespediti via camion a cassoneaperto o chiuso.

4.1.3Il personale addetto allamovimentazione deveindossare tutti i dispositivi diprotezione individualinecessari per chi deveeseguire le movimentazioni diparti di grosse dimensioni.

4.1.4Deve inoltre avere a disposi-zione funi o cinghie in buonostato e di portata adeguata alpeso (vedere targhetta sulpistone stesso o parte 3 -caratteristiche tecniche).

The pistons can be deliveredin three differentmethods:

a - without packaging

b - packed with wedges

c - packed on pallet

4.1.2Chapters 4.2, 4.3 and 4.4describe ho to displace thepiston and its components (ifany) up to the installation

place.The pistons can be deliveredon open or closed truck.

4.1.3The personnel in charge ofthe displacement must wearall individual protectionequipment necessary forthose who must performdisplacement of large sizedloads.

4.1.4Furthermore ropes or bandsin good conditions and withcapacity adequate to theweight must be available (seeplate on the piston itself, orpart 3 - technicalcharacteristics)
