Worldspan Go! Res Installation Guide

Step 1. Pre-installation Check the Internet Explorer (IE) version. It should be 5.5 SP2 or later.

IE 6.0 is highly recommended.

Check the Trust Site setting :

Enter the Trusted Websites

http://*.wspan.com

http://*.worldspan.com

https://*.wspan.com

https://*.worldspan.com

Then click “add” button.

Set the Security Custom Level

Set all options to

“Enabled” and

“Low Safety”

Step 2. Enter to the Go! Res Launch the IE and enter the address : http://go.worldspan.com.

Wait for a minute to downloading installation package.

Enter the Login

ID & Password

Click “OK” and “Finish” to continue installation

Then select “Y” buttom

After that you should get the Go! Res Main Screen.

Step 3. Apply Personal Links & Personal Marcos First of all, logout the Go! Res and close the IE if you are logged in.

Launch the IE. Enter the address www.tictas.com and go to “downloads” then click

“Personal Link & Marcos”.

Download the Personal Links & Marcos

Click “Run” to download Personal Links & Marcos

Extract and Save the Personal Links & Marcos

For Windows XP : -

1. Click “Browse” button

2. Select C:\Documents and Settings\(User name)\Application Data\

WORLDSPAN and click OK.

3. Click Unzip

For Windows 98 and Windows ME : -

1. Click “Browse” button

2. Select C:\Windows\Application Data\WORLDSPAN and click OK.

3. Click Unzip

Login to Go! Res; You could find the My Links has set up

Download the ScriptPro Agency scripts from Tools Menu

Click “Get Standard ScriptPro scripts”

Select “Download Standard Scripts” to download Scripts

Click “Run” to download the ScriptPro Agency scripts

Click “Browse” button

Select C:\wspan\GoRes and click OK

Click “Run” again to extract the Script files

Worldspan Go! Res installation completed
