“ESADE strengthened my international upbringing and taught me valuable things that I will exploit from day one at Nestlé. Classes such as Investment, Cross-Cultural Management and International Strategy have been key in helping me convince Nestlé that I was the right person for their sought-after international audit position. My job will now consist of travelling the world and inspecting the 440+ facilities that Nestlé owns over 100+ countries. Everyday will bring challenging tasks and require me to meet, talk and exchange with new people. One of my best memories at ESADE was the CEMS Business Project with INIBSA, where we really got a sense of what working in the ‘real world’ is all about. I learned a lot during this project and I believe that ESADE prepared me well to work in a multi-cultural environment. ”Boris Lovenfosse Fouarge International Auditor, Nestlé Master in International Management + CEMS MIM alumnus

“After having received my MSc in International Management from ESADE Business School, I was recruited in the International Graduate Program by Heineken International. Now in my first assignment in the Business Analysis department of Heineken Netherlands, I am applying and developing the competences acquired during my time at ESADE. This has proved to be very successful, particularly thanks to the practical orientation of the coursework; it prepared me for the step-up from student to corporate life. Through working in groups and focusing on case studies, the ESADE MSc brings you very close to the actual situations you will face in the workplace. In addition, the possibility of studying and living along with people from very different backgrounds offers an invaluable window to other cultures, and develop the necessary mindset to succeed in international environments. From a personal standpoint, I had the opportunity of meeting extraordinary people; both from faculty and fellow students. This made my year studying at ESADE the best time of my life! ”Sergio Cannizzaro Master in International Management alumnus Business Analyst. Heineken Graduate Programme

Barcelona & Campus lifeA state-of-the-art campus in an international city for tomorrow’s business leaders. The reputation of Barcelona as a vibrant Mediterranean city for the arts, architecture and culture, needs no introduction; however, it is important to point out that Barcelona is Iberia’s most important industrial centre and the Mediterranean’s chief seaport. Through recent additions to our research and development portfolio, Barcelona is fast becoming one of Europe’s primary scientific research hubs.
With many Spanish and international corporations based in Barcelona, and wide ranging state incentives for start-ups, the city presents powerful arguments as a base from which to embark on an international career in business.
“Choosing the right school for your studies shapes your future career and relies on several factors. ESADE business school manages to combine those which matter most: A vigorous program located in a fascinating city and a university with a solid reputation! It was these key factors which led me to choose ESADE, and, the fact that ESADE ranked highly, gave me the reassurance that I had made the best choice. ESADE classes are culturally diverse and the courses focus to a great degree on ‘real case’ scenarios, enhancing the overall class experience. In addition, initiatives such as the international Study Tour, help students come to grips with the context of “doing business globally”, where they participate in seminars and visits to companies. Nevertheless, the experience does not stop once you graduate. ESADE creates a very strong global contact network, bolstered by Career Services who are on hand to help students find the job that is suitable to them. The overall experience was of great value to me, elevating me both academically and personally. ”Evangelia Louli Master in Marketing Management + CEMS MIM Greece

E-youth Junior Enterprise
Founded in 1986, E-youth is ESADE’s Junior Business. Its main objective is to offer practical work experience to students who decide to join the association, in addition to everything they learn in class. A Junior Business is a non-profit organisation, set up and run by students, whose main aim is to create collaborative links between academia and the professional world.
Business and SocietyThe aim of this association is to raise social awareness among students through debates and participation in activities connected to social aid and development. Business and Society contributes to the education of socially responsible future executives.
International Student CommitteeThe ESADE International Student Committee provides students with a bridge that spans academic and political borders: our activities include week-long exchanges with universities in Europe and Asia, and numerous get-togethers with exchange students.
CEMSCLUBThe CEMSCLUB association is aimed at organising exchanges and links with other participants in the CEMS MIM programme throughout Europe.
ESADE offers much more than an academic experience. The ESADE student community is known for its active and socially-aware mindset. Its many associations, groups and clubs provide social, leisure, athletic and cultural activities for students.

Centre of Creative Learning
ESADE inaugurated in 2009 its Sant Cugat Campus, a state-of-the-art learning facility, 15 km from downtown Barcelona and easily accessed by metro. Covering a total of 46,600 m2, the Campus is comprised of a university campus, student halls of residence and a third-generation business incubator ‘ESADECREAPOLIS’.
The first of its kind in Spain, this new facility has been designed and constructed according to the European Higher Education Area criteria, better known as the Bologna Plan, and is attended by over 1,500 students. The result is a cutting-edge venue for innovation, in which academia and the business world interact through an extensive network of services, resources and relationships.

“ESADE gave me the edge I needed to perform in the competitive environment that is the fashion industry. The professors challenged my capabilities on a regular basis and encouraged me to take my career a step further. I knew that coming to New York would be tough and demanding, but I’m currently at the happiest stage of my ‘solution life cycle’. Also, not only did ESADE give me knowledge, it also provided me with the necessary dose of Internationality that every successful professional must have. And that is what I treasure the most!On a personal level, my fondest memory of ESADE is of the PEOPLE and the place. Whether it was spending time in the library until dawn to finish off a project, giving presentations on a daily basis or meeting the challenge of a deadline; I loved it all. My fondest memory though relates to the people I met, today they are lifelong friends! ”Victor de Vitta Master in Marketing alumnus PR Assistant. Sigerson Morrison NYC
