mdi Membrane Disc Filters
mdi offers a wide range of membrane disc filters for a variety
of microfiltration applications in the process industry. They
come in various sizes for filtration volumes of 1ml to several
hundred liters.
mdi membranes are validated for key performance
parameters such as retention efficiency, chemical
compatibility, extractables, heat resistance, and water flow
rates.
Applicationsmdi membranes are specially designed and developed for
applications such as sterilization of injectables, Water for
Injection (WFI) filtration, and wash water filtration in the
small volume parenterals (SVP) and large volume
parenteral (LVP) industry. Some of these are highlighted in
the table below.

HNN membrane disc filters are hydrophilic, absolute
retention filters with wide chemical compatibility making
these ideal for HPLC mobile phase (aqueous buffers as
well as organic solvents)
filtration. HNN filters are
HPLC certified to ensure
that these do not add any
artifacts to the filtrate.
mdi Grid Marked Membrane Disc Filters
mdi Grid Marked membrane disc filters type GCN-S
are presterilized individually packed membrane
filters for water microbiology.
These membranes are
tested and validated for
recovery of microorganisms.
