prerequisites or offer detailed explanations.

• Launch the EPM Installer via “..\InstallTool.cmd”



• Select the appropriate language

• Press “OK”



• For the first initial screen ensure that all prerequisites

are met

• Press “Next”



• Select the appropriate Destination




• Select “Choose components individually”

• Press “OK”



• Select “ERP Integrator” under the FDM Component




• Complete the rest of the EPM Installation by clicking

Next then Next then Finish.



• Please note it is stated in the EPM Installation

documentation that all products must be installed on

the WebLogic Admin Server.

• Only the products that must run on that server are

configured there. Please review the distributed

environment section of the EPM Installation

documentation for further details.



• Launch the EPM System Configurator



• Select to Configure ERPi

• Press Next



• Provide the Oracle Database details**SQL Server is not currently supported

• Press Next



• Specify your WebLogic deployment information

• Press Next



• Setup/Confirm the JAVA Container information

• Press Next



• Execute the configuration

• Press Next



• Once all items are completed press Finish to exit.



• ERPi installation and initial software configure are

complete.

Software

Installing the ODI Component

• Launch the ODI Installer via “..\setup.exe”



• At the “Welcome Screen” press Next



• At the “Product Selection” screen select “Oracle Data

Integrator 10.1.3.5.0”

• Press Next



• At the “Installation Type” screen select “Complete”

• Press Next



• At the “Home Details” screen update the values if

needed

• Press Next



• Confirm the details at the “Summary” screen

• Press Install



• Once completed press “Exit”


Installing the ODI ComponentApply Patch for ODI v10.1.3.6.x

• ERPi documentation states that ODI must be at least

v10.1.3.6.00

• Download/Patching information can be obtained from

MOS


Installing the ODI ComponentMicrosoft SQL Driver

• Download the driver from Microsofthttp://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/data/aa937724.aspx

• Extract the file

• Navigate to the two .jar files

– ..\enu\Sqljdbc4.jar

– ..\enu\sqljdbc.jar

• Copy the two JAR files to your ODI Drivers directory.

– %ODI_Home%\oracleodi\drivers


Installing the ODI ComponentUpdating the snpsagent.conf

• Find the file “snpsagent.conf” file in the

%ODI_Home%\oracledi\tools\wrapper\conf folder



• Find the line “wrapper.java.libary.path.1” under the

section “Java Library Path”



• Add the line “wrapper.java.libary.path.2” with the

value of “../drivers/”


Installing the ODI ComponentUpdating the PATH environment variable

• Right-click My Computer > Properties > Advanced tab



• Click “Environment Variables”

• Scroll down to find the “Path” variable in the

“System Variables” section.

• Click Edit



• Add a “;” and then the path to your ODI\Drivers

directory.

– Ex: “;C:\OraHome_1\oracledi\drivers”

• Click OK three times.



• ODI installation and initial software configure are

complete.
