and provides tuition reimbursement toward a four-year degree
• NOVA students are hired after their first year at the college
• NOVA selected as one of the first community college partners in the nation

Partnership with Heavy Construction Contractors Association
• Projected need for thousands of heavy equipment operators for new projects
coupled with aging/retiring workforce
• First program of its kind in the D.C. region
• Offers the NCCER credential
• 12 companies have committed to guaranteed interviews for program
completers
