Activity 2 – Lesson Plan on CDCode Making

• Step 1The Code talker wants to transmit the word “tank.” He says over transmitter the Navajo word “A-woh,” which in English means “tooth.”

• Step 2The other code talker receives the message. He takes the first letter “T” from the English word “tooth” and writes it down._T - __ - __ - __

• Step 3The first code talker says another Navajo word and takes the first letter from the English translation to create words and sentences.
