A brief description of the innovative project

In 2016, the company plans to introduce a new production line of foam concrete blocks.

Foam concrete blocks are the most affordable and versatile material that is used for both new construction and renovation of existing buildings and structures. In light of the sharp increase in the requirements for heat engineering characteristics of the walls of houses, buildings and structures, foam concrete blocks have become virtually indispensable because of their following consumer features.

Due to its excellent structural, quality and economic performance, foam concrete and its products are becoming more and more popular. This progressive building material with a vast field of application.

Strong leadership in the successful development of cases based on the fact that the estimated level of demand for the products in the first year exceeded the capacity of an enterprise and has a steady upward trend, supported by the ability to pay, which creates a reliable functioning of the prospect for the future.

The uniqueness of the new technology

The uniqueness of the new technology is the ability to produce a fine porosity, in which the vast majority of the pores have a diameter of less than 0.8 mm. The process is carried out in a turbulent porization-cavitation mixer fitted with specially designed blades minimum aerodynamic drag, which are located at the ends of the cavitation nozzle. The one-step process of preparing foam includes a period of homogenization (low speed shaft) when loaded into a container mixer all the ingredients of foam concrete mix and the period porization (high speed shaft).
