BangaloreOne service is one stop Nonstop Service by Government of Karnataka. This software

is maintained by CMS (Computer Management System). Available 365 days from 8.00am to

8.00pm.

Altogether around 60 centers are there in Karnataka.

BangaloreOne is software which provides with a one stop interface with government, citizen

interactions with government departments will be under a single umbrella. Citizens can use

different services at one place free of cost.

For example: if you want to get passport application no need to go to post office or passport

office you can get it in Bangalore One. Here, channel is used very innovatively.

The innovative idea which we find from this software is, many services are provided to the

customers at a single point. People need not go to different places to pay their different bills.

Customers are using this opportunity. Also Businesses are using this channel to provide their

service to customers. Examples are Airtel, Spice, Tata Tele services, Vodafone etc.

One customer saidI am an employee in private sector. My working hours are from 10 am to 6

pm but BESCOM office will be closed by 6 pm and it is too far from my office. So I will pay my

electricity bill, water bills at BangaloreOne and even I can recharge my Airtel mobile. It is very

convenient to me.

Software is maintained by CMS. All the financial issues are handled by Axis bank.

This channel is used by government to provide services to the citizens, business and businesses

to citizens .Following are the partners:
