In summary…

• £3m investment in early-stage design projects across 2017

2 further competitive funding rounds opening 8 May and 14 August

• Open sector scope – any sector, any tech, any industry

Applications are invited from individual, UK registered businesses

• For projects of up to a maximum value of £100,000

Up to 70% total project costs can be used to sub-contract design

50-70% funding rate depending on size of businesses

• Design of physical or digital products, services or business models
