CHALLENGES & PROPOSED
SOLUTIONS City specific approach to funding landscape and
streetscape development are insufficient and hence
presented as slow or non improvement of the Inner City.
The City is in partnership with other government
Department through inter alia Tsosoloso Programme to
enhance landscape and streetscape development.
Partnerships with private sector specifically those that are
interested in greening are needed.
