The 30-year-old was spotted en- joying some chill-out time with her family and friends in Califor- nia. Dressed in a short, red, crop-top the star flashed her midriff and tat- toos in a pair of very low jeans. Wearing a pair of sunglasses, some messy black eyeliner and rocking some bed-hair, she made the most of her work-free day and tucked into a plate of food. The Circus megastar is taking it easy before her TV career kicks off again. Brit's set to be the newest judging face on The X Factor replacing fired Nicole Scherzinger and Paula Abdul. The formerly-troubled star has just been given the green light to appear on the show after her fiancé Jason Trawick has agreed to look after her earnings. Simon Cowell is said to be lining her pockets with a rather tasty $15 million to sit next to him and LA Reid on the panel. Meanwhile, Brit is thought to want her female sidekick on the show to be former Disney star Demi Lovato. She's reportedly said that her and 19-year-old Lovato - who had a breakdown and entered rehab in 2010 - would have great chemistry together. The mother-of-two, who also had an infamous breakdown in 2008, is said to love how open and honest Demi was with her fans about her meltdown. Britney Spears is set to be the newest judge on the X Factor, and has reportedly suggested her friend Demi Lovato, pictured above, join her on the show. Paltrow featured on The Conversation G lamming up for a bash in New York Sunday night, Gwyneth Paltrow showed off a little too much of her figure - although her make-up, hair and pins looked perfect. She was seen posing with the former 1990s wildchild and The Word presenter Amanda De Cadenet. The British TV presenter, 39, who now strangely speaks with an American accent, was promoting her new series The Conversation. The show sees De Cadenet talk- ing to a variety of celebrity women about personal subjects close to them. Paltrow recently admitted to De Cadenet that she suffered with de- pression after the loss of her father, while Lady Gaga has freely talked to her about her past coke use. The bash was held at fellow talk- show guest and designer Diane von Furstenberg's studio. With Demi Moore as an execu- tive producer, other females re- vealing all under De Cadenet's spell are Rita Wilson, Eva Longo- ria and Portia De Rossi. On the way to the event, Paltrow wrote on her Twitter page: "Tonight I am honored to be a part of the premiere episode of @the- conversation on Lifetime. My girl @amandadecadenet got me to TALK." The pair met in the early 90s and have been friends ever since. She wrote: "My girl @Gwyneth- Paltrow and me en route to cele- brate @TheConversation NYC style!"
