My Synopsis

My idea is that a troubled 18-year old girl is on the run from her abusive step-dad when she stumbles across a dead body on the side of a river whom she soon discovers is her uncle (a policeman). The film is based on her trying to solve the mystery behind her uncles death and eventually she discovers that it was her lethal step dad that may have done the dirt.There would be many jumpy and shocking moments throughout the film which build suspense and keep the audience entertained. A variety of camera shots would be used (establishing shots to set the scene and close ups/cutaways to emphasise important moments).
