Profile creation
The registration procedure is where you create your profile and is mandatory to have secured access to your account information. This requires you to have an active Home’Bank subscription.
To create a profile, each user needs their ING ID, Card ID (can be found on their ING payment card), a Home’Bank password, an ING payment card and an ING Card Reader.
By using your ING Card Reader and your ING payment card (or Home’Bank card), ING guarantees the same security level as in Home’Bank (Plus).

You create your profile code during the profile creation procedure. This profile code will be asked for every time you want to access your account information or to perform a transfer from your device. This is a 6-figure profile code known only by you. We recommend that you memorise your profile code. Please do not write it down or share your profile code.
