Staff Classification Staff classifications are created under System Preferences | Setup. Select Staff Classification and click Refresh. At least one Superintendent/Director staff classification must be created with the state code of DS. The superintendent/director must also be granted district-wide permission instead of individual school access. Go to Staff | Staff Maintenance. Search for and select to View the staff member. Click the Access tab. Under Login Settings select The user logs in at the district.
