• IPC and OC provide overall guidelines for objectives, quality, theme, etc. of WCC2002.
• IPC, OC, and each TC enter into a “performance agreement”.
• IPC membership comprises TC Conference chairs.

• Kluwer is the publisher.
• TCs are responsible for their own proceedings.
• IPC and OC of WCC2002 are responsible for the remainder, e.g. “theme-oriented” papers.– This implies that some papers could appear in
two or more publications.
