ILC programs will proactively reach out to –o Inform & link disadvantaged families and young

people with intellectual disabilities to disability supports.

o Parents with intellectual disability and young people with intellectual disability in Child Safety so they receive disability supports.

o Ensure young people with intellectual disability leaving care at 18, prisoners exiting will receive disability supports they need.
