Summary

• DFW will continue to be a leader in job and population growth

with 98,700 jobs created over the last 12 months.

• Lewisville ISD new home starts in 3Q15 were up almost 63% over the third quarter of 2014.

• Vacant Developed Lot supply remains in good position to sustain
