Our Artisan bread range comes all the way from Germany and provides you with European standards locally in the SADC Region. We have Spelt flour which is a specialised ancient grain that is difficult to source but we have this amazing flour. Spelt Flour has a 1:1 substitution with wheat flour which is why this flour is in such high demand. Being one of the few Spelt Flour suppliers in South Africa, this has given us an amazing opportuity to provide the market with our confectionary spelt range for a health variation. This allows our cakes, sponges and muffins to all be wheat free and gluten intolerant.
