Background – South Hook TerminalSouth Hook LNG Terminal Company Ltd is a joint venture between subsidiaries of:
South Hook Facilities designed and constructed in two phases
Each Phase with an annual gas redelivery capability of ~10.5 bcma To match the capacity of the Qatargas II upstream facilities
SHLNG has been granted exemption from regulated Third Party Access for both phases of capacity and a duration of 25 years from commercial start date.
Enabled South Hook Gas to purchase all primary capacity for QGII LNG

• Users allowed to nominate above their firm capacity • Unused redelivery capacity on the day will be recycled and allocated

Commissioning Schedule
The first commissioning cargo “Tembek” has left the Arabian Gulf en route for Milford Haven.
Commissioning is an intensive activity, commercial operations (Phase 1) is currently forecast to commence in the second half of April
Sendout is under the control of the Terminal Operator during this period SHLNG will provide schedule updates on its website

Application To Become a User
A party will need to apply and be accepted as a User of the terminal before it can hold capacity.
A Confidentiality Agreement will need to be signed before all other relevant documents are released
SHLNG to publish the steps required to become a User on its website during March 2009
