Vibration Monitoring & Analysis Services
Practice of Condition Monitoring is Cost Effective and provides Predictive Maintenance Solutions. Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission (PAEC) has
rich experience of Machine Condition Monitoring. Centre for Vibration Analysis & Machine Condition Monitoring (CVCM) of PAEC now provides and promotes the application of specialized industrial machine condition monitoring and plant equipment diagnostic techniques in local industrial units, heavy industry and power plants in the country. CVCM comprises of several Labs, testing/calibration facilities and advanced computational facilities. Center for Vibration Analysis and Machine Condition Monitoring brings high quality flexible solutions for process Industries. The root cause analysis of critical problems in turbomachinery with vibration monitoring cover the Effective Monitoring of Cooling Towers, Bearing Failure Analysis: Misalignment; Fatigue Failure; Excessive Load; Installation Damage. The practice Increases Productivity with Higher Quality and Less Unscheduled downtimes.
Center for Vibration Analysis and Machine Condition Monitoring (CVCM) has unique Machinery Health Programs based on following advance technologies:
VIBRATION ANALYSIS AND Faults DIAGNOSTICS:
Optimum equipment availability may be obtained through Vibration Analysis and Faults Diagnostics. ASME estimates about 80% of all machine faults can be detected by Vibration analysis alone at an early stage. Vibration analysis can be used to Identify specific degrading machine components or failure modes of machinery before serious damage occurs.
CVCM has qualified Engineers extensively experienced for providing best services in condition monitoring through Vibration Analysis. Using the latest state-of-the-art data acquisition instruments and predictive maintenance software, we provide detailed Vibration Spectrum and recommendations if machine is running beyond the standard Vibration Limits.

FIELD BALANCING:
Unbalance is the most common fault experienced in rotating machinery. Dynamic Balancing of the machine plays an important role in reducing machine vibration and increases the machine life.
CVCM provides services for the Field Balancing. Balancing is done with the most sophisticated equipment of the world, to provide the flawless services. The team of our well trained Engineers and Technicians is ready to provide solutions to your Dynamic Balancing problems. CVCM provides services for the Field Balancing of rotors, shafts and impellers.
LASER ALIGNMENT:
Alignment is considered to be the second most common cause of high vibrations and failures in rotating machinery. Alignment of shaft centerlines on coupled machines is one of the most important aspects of machine installation. Misalignment generates unnecessary forces. Precision Laser Alignment removes these forces resulting in reduced vibration and noise levels, minimizes shaft bending and cyclic fatigue, reduced energy cost and increased bearing, seal and coupling life. CVCM provides services of Laser Shaft Alignment of almost every kind of rotating machines that are currently being used in process Industries.

INFRARED (IR) THERMOGRAPHY:
Thermography is a technique used to detect thermal abnormalities with the help of special temperature-sensing and display equipment. Condition monitoring using IR thermography provides a quick and safe way of detecting hot spots and small changes in temperature not visible to the human eye and those that might be overlooked by visual inspections. CVCM provides services of infrared (IR) thermography for all kind of electrical contacts or insulation, bearings, couplings, belts, pulleys and other
