The National Plan of Productive Diversification (PNDP) is a multisectoral strategy leaded by the Ministry of Production (PRODUCE).Through the National Program of Productive Diversification,PRODUCE is in charge of promoting, facilitating, enhancing anddeveloping appropriate productive infrastructure, whichcontributes to the yield and competitiveness of businesses, as wellas generate a more dynamism internal and external trade thatallows greater economic growth.

DefinitionThe National Programa of Productive Diversification isresponsible for developing and promoting new specificproductive infrastructure and existing in order tofacilitate productive diversification and support thesustainable economic growth.

The National System of industrial Parks, created as a mechanism to contribute and to impulse thedevelopment of industrial parks in Peru, promotes the implementation of industrial parks which willallow to articulate various actors from the public and private sector, also to ensure the operationalsustainability of these industrial parks in long term.
Industrial Parks of National Relevance of public orprivate initiative, with a focus on clusters and value chains.
System’s Components
The industrial parks developing under this system, ensure a several benefits to all the actors such as the promoters of theinitiative, the resident companies and other stakeholders.
Allows access to services ofproductive innovation andtransfer of technology (e.g.Technology innovation centers-CITES)
Facilitates specialized technicalassistance to make plans andstudies (demand, topographical,soil mechanics, others)

Located in the department of Lima, in the central coast. Proposing the creation of a new industrial center, toincorporate a system of integrated management, specialized clusters, technological innovation, environmentalsustainability and territorial competitiveness is proposed. This project seeks to promote the food industry, chemicalindustry, paper industry, textile industry, among others. Furthermore, the development of mega projects ofinfrastructure, transport and communications will be promoted.

Description
CETICOS (Special Economic Zones) aredelimited tax and customs benefits areas,which look forward to generatedevelopment poles and promote privateinvestment in productive infrastructurefocused on goods and services activities.
Currently, there are 03 CETICOS operatingnationally: Ilo (Moquegua), Matarani(Arequipa), Paita (Piura).
CETICOS
“Zona Franca” or Free Zone is a delimitedgeographic area in which if goods entrance isnot considered as if they where at the customsterritory in relation to the imports duties andtaxes payments. Furthermore, they are notsubject to the routine customs control.
Currently there is only 01 Zona Franca (FreeZone), located in Tacna and namedZOFRATACNA.
