PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Red has extensive real estate experience as an investor and project manager and leverages skills developed in theseactivities to help businesses maximize their potential through real estate. His brokerage activities include both tenantand landlord representation, as well as considerable experience as a listing agent. As an Advisor he provides clients withdetailed financial analysis on real estate investments and critical advice during the buy/sell decision making process.

Prior to becoming licensed in Real Estate, Red spent nearly two decades as a pilot in the U.S. Navy, where he still holds acommission as a Commander in the United States Navy reserve. His most recent assignment was as the CommandingOfficer of VR-62, an aviation squadron that conducts worldwide strategic operations in support of deployed assets andtheater commanders. Red holds a bachelor’s degree from The University of Maryland and a master’s degree from TheNaval War College.

Red was selected as the Northeast Florida Regional Director for SVN Alliance in 2017.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Jake started his Commercial Real Estate career with SVN /Walt Arnold Commercial Brokerage, Inc. in Albuquerque, NMafter transitioning out of active duty service with the Navy. While working in Albuquerque, he guided clients throughcommercial sales, leasing and investment transactions. After two years in the business, he accepted a position inJacksonville, Florida to focus on multi-family for SVN/Alliance Commercial Real Estate Advisors in Jacksonville.

His entrepreneurial drive to recognize potential and follow-through with a plan of action are critical skills to besuccessful in Commercial Real Estate. His military background provides the team leadership and project managementskills that help Jake’s clients move deals forward.

Jake remains a part-time military officer with the Naval Reserves where he is a staff officer at 4th Fleet in Mayport, FL.He earned a BS in Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute and an Executive MBA from the University of NewMexico.

Jake will be working alongside seasoned SVN/Alliance commercial real estate veterans. He looks forward to helping youcreate your own personal investment portfolio.

Jake is married and has a son. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time in the Florida outdoors and making furniture inhis woodshop.
