Whereas now the lessee of the Unit has applied to the lessor to transfer theunit from M/s KODAK ALARIS INDIA PVT. LTD. to M/s HELIOS LIFE SCIENCESLTD. The lessor has granted permission to do so on compliance of the termsand conditions as stipulated in his letter No.3488 dated 21.7.20t6.
