outlets according to its theme.Different cutlery and crockery used for the outlets.Special promotions were held in the different outlets. The Live Classical Flute player, play the flute on the Bar.Special setups could be made at different places like

AANGAN, BIG LAWNS,etc.Foods r displayed in front of guest eye sight inside glass

bowls and warmers for self service

Hygiene was given much importance . Gloves were used while handling cut, raw or cooked food. Different colour coded chopping boards were used for chopping

different food items. All walkins and cold stores were cleaned weekly. All the vegetables and fruits comes from the market regularly were

thoroughly checked, cleaned & washed at time of receiving. All the raw materials and prepared or semi prepared food items are

stored at right temperature. Proper utensils and tools r used for preparation of foods . Leftovers perishable food items are discarded regularly and are not

reused.

• Pest control was given high priority.• Great importance was given to use of specific chemicals for specific type of

cleaning.• The Guests were provided with special amenity.• Thorough cleaning of guest rooms were done every day basis ,Busting ,Brooming,

Mopping and Vacuuming were done .• Mini bar was set by the house keeping department and also tea supplies ,water

supply is taken care by this department.• Regular cleaning of Public Area is carried out by the Housekeeping Department

thoroughly.• Use of Pesticides are done with special care on an every day basis.• Room occupancy percentage was prepared every day basis by the housekeeping

personals and is delivered to Front Office Department.• All public areas including Landings and Elevators were cleaned daily.• Thorough cleaning of guest rooms were done every day basis ,Busting ,Brooming,

• Valet service was provided to guests.• All guests were escorted by at least one Front Office personnel.• Express Check-In/ Check- Out facility is available.• A musical program carried inside lobby which plays different music according to

the time of the days and facilities.• Everyday evening rituals are done inside lobby area in an hour duration• All guests were escorted to the rooms by each front office personnel and also

feedback is taken by the personnel from the guest about their stay.• Proper care was taken while tagging was done to the guest luggage and carefully

it is placed inside the room by the bell boy.• Guests are welcomed In side the lobby area in a traditional way with Garlands ,

Tika and welcome drinks and greeted with big smile by the front office personnel.
