Premium HMI 3 is a powerfull programming environment to realize and develop graphical interfaces. Premium HMI 3 software platform is composed by a development kit ‘Premium HMI Studio 2011’, a tool by means is possible to create HMI projects for Win CE and Win 32 runtimes. the integration of third parties software components.Transversality is the strength of Premium HMI 3 software platform because let the usage of a project with Win CE and Win 32 runtimes, without any changes or different settings in development tool.Two Win CE runtimes, BASIC and ADVANCED, and three Win 32 runtimes, BASIC, PRO and ADVANCED are available. BASIC versions comprehend all the functionality necessary to develop simple visualization systems and permit limited number of variables to exchange data. PRO versions are suited to develop complex HMI projects in which it is needed the storage of production or alarms data on local or remote databases. ADVANCED versions have also the Web
server function that let an HMI project accessible from remote and let send SMS or email in case of alarms.Hardware and communication cards integration let ASEM offer to the market the HMI Solutions family: high level operator panels but easy to use, tailored in functions and in performances to satisfy all the needs of the new HMI era.

based embedded fanless panel PC that
mount the Intel® Atom™ low power
processors series Z500 up to 1.6GHz
with ‘Hyper Threading Technology’
functionality. Available with 12”, 15”,
17” and 19” LCD size has a small depth
of only 60mm. Due to the presence
of MiniPCI expansion slots, it can be
installed ASEM fieldbus NETcore® X
communication cards. This guarantee
the connection towards process I/Os
and supply a large range of possible
configurations to answer the needs
of a supervisor and control process
application.

Through a special mechanical construction
process it is possible realize completely flat
front panels with touch screen and IP66K
protection. A thin film made in polyester is
glued on touch screen and on steel frame,
getting a protection for the touch sensor that
let the cleaning without particular attentions
due to touch screen presence. In particular
Panel PCs with INOX steel TRUE FLAT front
panels satisfy specifications requested by
norms in pharma and food markets. We
underline that, in respect of these norms,
there are no USB ports on the front panels.

Remote system developed by ASEM is based on electric serialization of video and USB signals. Signals are made more robust and transmitted by means of differential pairs on Ethernet cable. The remote kit is composed by a local transmitter module, placed near PC, and a remote receiver module that is integrated in ASEM’s monitors. This technology allows high quality signals to be sent to distances up to 40mt using automatic equalization, because loss and delay introduced by the remote system are compensated.
Standard USB e remotazione
USB standard permits the link up to 127 devices by a tree structure obtained with HUB devices. USB communication has timing that have to be respected and every HUB device introduce a delay in signals propagation that create in fact the limit of 5 HUB connected consequently. Remotation by serialization is a complex process that also introduces delay in signalstransmission. Due to this delay is possible that remotation system doesn’t work when we add an external USB HUB, even connected PC side or monitor side. The event that system work or doesn’t work depend from many factors, for example the quality of the added HUB and the length and quality of the remotation cable. Therefore this kind of configuration is not admitted. We underline that on the market exist USB devices, for example keyboards, that have USB HUB inside.
