Tasks and Duties of Aged Care Workers
Feeding, dressing, showering, and administering medications.
Making meals and drinks.
Be with family members to provide instructions, observations, and updates.
Helping with mobility, offering transport to and from medical appointments, and providing light physiotherapy exercises.
Offering social support, like escorting on outings to cafes/shops, and accompanying on excursions.
Following health and safety guidelines.

Certificate III:-
Certificate III has quickly become one of Australia's most popular aged care courses, due to its high acceptance rates. The Certificate III in Aged Care prepares you to work as part of an aged care team by providing you with the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Certificate IV:-
You'll mostly develop a better grasp of what employers and other members of the staff look for in support of employees. You'll be able to judge yourself against the needs of various elderly care positions towards the end of your Certificate IV (Evaluated based on the present qualification table) studies.
