Innovation: Create and foster a culture of innovation that anticipates and responds to current and emerging needs of the organization and Marylands residents. Infrastructure: Invest in human capital and organizational systems that foster a culture of inclusion, excellence, and engagement among faculty, staff, volunteers, and stakeholders. Marketing and Visibility: Effectively communicate who we are, what we do, and the social, environmental, and economic importance of our work to clientele, volunteers, and stakeholders. Please describe your specific activities in support of any of these goals: I will contribute to the strategic plan implementation through evaluation efforts aimed at solidifying identify. For example, the Eastern Shore Agricultural Educators have implemented a needs assessment and are focusing programming based on those needs. For this to Work 1.You have to follow the protocol. 2.You have to send your data with a cover sheet. 3.You have to send your data as it is collected. 4.You have to use the questions as written (no tweaking).
