Given the existing 24x7x365 IU and Abilene NOCs…

• Global NOC operational model is based on:

– offering a template of services

– assigning an area specialist for each network

– cross training for all staff on all shifts

• Both fixed and marginal costs to add a new network are limited and quantifiable
