GlobalScenarioSolar Energy demand globally has been growing at

MajorotherincentivesIn the budget for 2010/11, the government has announced an

allocation of US $ 220 million towards the Jawaharlal NehruNational

    Solar

    Mission.

They encouraged private solar companies by reducing customs

    duty onsolarpanelsby5%andexempting excise duty

    on solar

The budget also proposed a coal tax of

The government has initiated a Renewable Energy Certificate
