FEEL

We met together one day for DFC and decided to walk around our area. Looking around, we saw some stray dogs sitting by the pavement all lost and lonely, desperately trying to look around for food and water.

We planned to research and find a NGO who would guide us towards how we would be able to help the stray animals.

‘In Defence Of Animals (India)’ were enthusiastic and willing to hold hands with us. So we called them to our SRD centre!

IMAGINE

Mrs. Chaudhry from IDA told us that if we saw an animal hurt or in bad a shape, we should call, and they would send an ambulance for the ailing animal.

In order to spread the word, we made approximately 100 people save the number on their phone to help stray animals in need. We could gradually witness a change in our own attitudes and other people’s attitudes towards stray animals!

We thought of more ways in which we could help these animals!

We regularly filled the water holes for the animals!

Success Story! In rotation, we kept a watch from our houses, to find out whether any dogs had come. Soon, our first stray dog came, and we were happy to have him!
