Job Description:
Being a important support to all the members concerning activities that are involved during matching process, coordinate the process of cooperation between our LC and other LCs of the world.
Main Functions:
• Train all the members during this stage of the process in order to have a more efficient Matching
• Being of all the opportunities given at the Platform
• Ensure the correct management of the effective matching tools
• EP data base
• Available Forms Tracker
• Statistics
• DAAL files
• Urgent to match list
• Advertise TN
• Find a suitable EP
• Work with networking in order to get contacts who we can work with and establish International Cooperation
• Manage all the Tracking Tools used in both processes
• Coordinate Matching manias
• Update the LC search tool
• Create an action plan for the coordination, clear and structured goals and budget.
• Ensure compliance with the responsibilities of members of their team, conduct effective delegation, and tracking the needs of its
members by the LP and CP.
• Compliance with minimum membership.
• Attend weekly team meetings and biweekly with VPTM.

Job Description:
Give all the support to all the members of IGIP process developing strategies to get into the companies of our segmentation, also help to develop the members in order to have a good performance during the TM stage.
Main Functions:
• Support all the training of the Team concerning the performance during the whole Sales Stage
• Keep the tracking tool of the development of the team, and give accountability to VP IGIP
• Direct the innovation of the marketing strategies used by all the members before and after sales process
• Constantly Support VP IGIP concerning of updating the Local Segmentation
• Ensure members are using the tracking tools,
• Be aware of the knowledge and trust in the product we are selling
• Create an action plan for the coordination, clear and structured goals and budget.
• Ensure compliance with the responsibilities of members of their team, conduct effective delegation, and tracking the needs of its

The sales team member has to be aware of all the things that the coordination needs, sometimes the coordinator has too many things to work on, that’s why is necessary a proactive personality to help and solving problems, as well as generating new ideas to make GIP grow.

Main Functions:
Delevelop campaigns to promote our TNs in platform as in social networks.
Delevelop campaigns to promote AIESEC Cali to our possible TN Takers.
