NV Taittinger 32 The colour is a pale golden hue, with fine and persistent bubbles. The nose is fresh and delicate,
showing good complexity, with its hints of citrus and white fruit. With its elegant style, this Brut has led the way in making champagne the ideal apéritif. Perfectly balanced, with crisp flavours and finesse.
NV Bollinger 39 "The austere minerality and crunchy red fruits gently reveal themselves in a glittering,
graceful vision of elegance." Made from majority Pinot Noir, giving great depth of flavour. Seductive, toasty and crisp rosé showing flavours of summer berry fruits with a soft texture and a long finish.
NV Prosecco, Rustico, Valdobbiadene, Italy 15 Light, refresing and crisp, is everything that‟s expected from a great Prosecco. Good balance, mild fruits and a soft finish.

2012 Sauvignon Blanc Wish Bone, Marlborough, New Zealand 16 A light-bodied, dry, crisp wine with typical aromas ofgooseberry, passionfruit and grapefruit which combine with a pleasing mineral note leading through to a long, lingering finish.
2009 Semillion, Broken Wood, Australia 17 Clean and bright, light yellow. Combining richness with elegance and vibrancy this ripe, delicious wine serves up tasty pear, fig and toasty hazelnut. Deeply concentrated with silky texture and layers of ripe, opulent fig, pear and hazelnut. It finishes with a long and vibrant character.
2012 Lugana (Trebbiano), „I Frati‟, Ca‟ dei Frati, Lombardy, Italy 18 Brilliant creamy white. On the nose very good expression of fruit, including pear, apple seeds and toasted almonds. On the palate, full, round, with aromas of ripe fruit and long fresh finish.
2011 Riesling, Balthasar Ress, Von Unserm, Rheingau, Germany 19 A youthful fresh wine with quince, and citrus aromas. Earlier picked freshness shows on palate with crunchy green apple and grapefruit flavours. Good mouthfeel and appetizingly tangy finish.
2011 Chablis, Jean Marc Brocard, France 20 Great combination of richness with elegance and vibrancy.This sharp, flinty wine shows layers of fresh minerality, opulent pear and green apples.

Red Wines (175ml) ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________
2011 Malbec, „Black Label‟, Las Moras, San Juan, Argentina 17 A complex, upfront aromas of brambled berries, chocolate and cinnamon lead to ripe
red berry and spicy flavours on the smooth, rounded palate. Good tannins and a smooth finish. Lovely tannins that gives almost a creamy testure.
2011 Beaujolais Village, George Duboff, France 18 Bright ruby red, Raspberry and plum complemented by lifted floral hints and a touch of spice.
Luscious with a soft, full palate and flavours of red currant, raspberries and cherries with hints of plums. Warmth on the palate.
2010 Cabernet Sauvignon, Montes Alpha, Chile 19 Deep red color, dark cherry/berry fruit, and spice aromas. Fruit very forward in the mouth
finishes with a hint of mineral notes. Good structure combining the right tannins and acidity. This wine screams to be paired with meat and red sauce dishes.
2011 Pinot Noir, Forest Estate, Marlborough, New Zealand 20 Fine raspberry, strawberry and cherry aromatics here, with fine oak. A lovely charm and elegance on the palate, giving fine quality and a good silky mouthfeel.
2010 Chianti, Castellare, Tuscany, Italy 21 A ruby red, deep-colored wine. On the nose its an intense wine with plums, red fruits
evocations of black pepper and Stone cherries, a wine in perfect balance of real finesse and class.
It shows great complexity on the mouth, a medium bodied and balanced mid palate, with classical Sangiovese notes and soft and delicate tannins with a lasting persistence and a remarkable finish.
2012 Cabernet Sauvignon, Gran Hacienda, Santa Rita, Maipo, Chile 15 This is a full-on fruity rosé with a vibrant colour, masses of berry flavour and a dry yet well-rounded palate.
2012 Zweigelt, Domaene Gobelsburg, Niederösterreich, Austria 16 Solid rose, nose of watermelon, strawberry and some citrus, nice acidity, minerality that help carry the nice strawberry and pear flavours over the palate
2010 Viognier, Late Harvest, Las Moras, San Juan, Argentina 14 Straw yellow in the glass, this late harvest Viognier has a crisp, clean nose with a hint of peach. The palate is fresh and clean. Honeyed lychee. Good acidity cutting through the sweetness.
