school counselors at Mercer, as well as on the Mercer
Homepage.
Preparations for the next school year will also begin to
occur on the Mercer building. Tentatively, the work on the
new addition will begin sometime in mid-February with the
construction of egress tunnels at the end of each house to
ensure safe evacuation routes for staff and students. Once
these tunnels are in place and the weather cooperates, the
construction of the remainder of the project will begin.
Continuing along the lines of preparing for next year,
