These are the first drafts for my magazine product. The product is called ‘Reveal’ and is an electronic magazine for teenagers and young producers/musicians.

Graphic Drafts: This is the electronic draft

for my magazine. The design is very much an identical copy of my initial designs on paper. I was extremely happy how the first drafts came out. The logo stands out as it is bold and has abstract features which makes it more interesting for my target audience ‘Teenagers and young producers’.

Software: For my digital magazine design I will be using

Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. I am using these because I understand how to thoroughly use them.

Contents draft: The contents will contain

featured articles which readers would find most interesting.

You can see two of the featured articles with images on the right hand side. These articles are Promoted pages which we think will be most popular.

Second stage (Cover) This is the second stage of

my front cover for my magazine ‘Reveal’. As you can see it is now very graphical and eye catching. Steve Aoki is a template. This will not be the final image.

The purple background indicates where a final image will be placed. Possible studio which will be featured in an article.

FINAL COVER DESIGN

This is the final design for my magazine’s front cover. The design gives a depth of look the magazine which will help promote people picking it up after being attracted to the design.

The design features a series of abstract images including a background of a music studio which connects with the magazines topic. Further more a vector stationed at the bottom helps with graphical looks.
