He was born March 18, 1881, •on of John and Harriet Race Kenyon, in Western, and had •.pent most of his younger life in the Boonville—Western area. He married the former Catherine Shue Nov. 14. 1914, inboonville, Mrs. Kenyon died May 5. 1947. Mr Kenyon had been a dairy farmer, retiring about IS years ago. After living in Herkimer for a few years, he returned to Boonville where he had lived for lo years. He was a member of St. Joseph's Church, Boonville. Surviving is a sister-in-law, Mrs. George (Ella) Shue, Boonville. The funeral will be at 9 Mon- day at the Trainor Funeral Home, Boonville and at 9:30 at St. Joseph's Church, Boonville, with burial in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Boonville. Thomas Passes Away WHITESBORO Gilbert H. Thomas, 80, of 89 Foster St., died Friday at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Utica. Coroner Gerald Gant ruled death was due to natural causes. Mr. Thomas was born in 1889 in Swansea, Wales, and at- tended schools there. He came to the United States and to Utica in 1914. He was employed by Utica State Hospital from 1914 to 1918 and served in the Army in 1918 and 1919. He returned as an employe of Utica State Hospital until 1920. " Mr. Thomas was later employed by Marcy State Hos- pital where he became one of the first male practical nurses there. He retired in 1946. He was of the Protestant faith and a member of the World War I Barracks, Post 1113, Whitestown. He is survived by a nephew, Roger T. Eurich, Whitesboro. Services will be held Monday at the Warren Cemetery, War ren, Vt. Friends may call at the John S. Funeral Home hours will be from 7 to 8:30 tonight. Boonville Man Dies

BOONVILLE - Gordon H. Kenvon, SS, of 128 Ford St., died Friday in his home.

He was born March 18, 1881, •on of John and Harriet Race Kenyon, in Western, and had •.pent most of his younger life in the Boonville—Western area. He married the f o r m e r Catherine Shue Nov. 14. 1914, inboonville, Mrs. Kenyon died May 5. 1947.

Mr Kenyon had been a dairy farmer, retiring about IS years ago. After living in Herkimer for a few years, he returned to Boonville where he had lived for lo years.

He was a member of St. Joseph's Church, Boonville.

Surviving is a sister-in-law, Mrs. George (Ella) Shue, Boonville.

The funeral will be at 9 Mon­day at the Trainor Funeral Home, Boonville and at 9:30 at St. Joseph's Church, Boonville, with burial in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Boonville.

Friends may call at the fu­neral home today and Sunday at their convenience.

G. H. Thomas Passes Away

WHITESBORO — Gilbert H. Thomas, 80, of 89 Foster St., died Friday at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Utica. Coroner Gerald Gant ruled death was due to natural causes.

Mr. Thomas was born in 1889 in Swansea, Wales, and at­tended schools there. He came to the United States and to Utica in 1914.

He was employed by Utica State Hospital from 1914 to 1918 and served in the Army in 1918 and 1919. He returned as an employe of Utica State Hospital until 1920. " Mr. Thomas was later employed by Marcy State Hos­pital where he became one of the first male practical nurses there. He retired in 1946.

He was of the Protestant faith and a member of the World War I Barracks, Post 1113, Whitestown.

He is survived by a nephew, Roger T. Eurich, Whitesboro.

Services will be held Monday at the Warren Cemetery, War ren, Vt. Friends may call at the John S. Funeral Home hours will be from 7 to 8:30 tonight.
