Chase Kirkpatrick was VP and Director of Sales and Marketing at Modemco. Chase worked very closely with Mike Peacock and was his partner and co-founder of Peacock Communications back in 2001. Because of his brilliant talents with Marketing and Sales along with his outstanding people skills Chase was a key part of their success that led to their merge with Modemco. Because of his countless hours and dedication to the success of Modemco, we were able to see immediate and rapid growth in company size. Chase was determined to recruit the best possible talent and to building the enterprise client base for Modemco. Without a doubt, Modemco would not be where we are today if it were not for Chase’s exceptional experience in sales, marketing, public relations and client management. Because there had never been anything previously developed, Chase developed our very first multimedia programs for trade shows, print media and internet communications just to name a few. He was responsible for helping open both the Atlanta and Chattanooga locations. He was also responsible when we were at our peak for hiring and management of 3 additional sales staff. He was very proud of the company that he helped build not to mention his complete loyalty and belief in the Panasonic brand.

Prior to joining Modemco, Chase served in the United States Navy for seven years where he specialized in military procurement and vendor contracting. A native Floridian Chase was born and raised in Panama City where he was very involved with his church and then attended Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. Chase has four children (2 boys and 2 girls), 1 granddaughter and we can’t forget his adopted 4-legged daughter “Sissy” that went everywhere he did including coming to the Modemco offices each and every day.

Chase will be sadly missed by his all of his many family and friends and Modemco will never be able to fill the void left by the loss of not only our co-worker but a one of a kind friend. For anyone that had the privilege of meeting Chase, we all know how he had a way of lighting up the room with his wonderful spirit and smile and he had a way of drawing everyone around to want to get to know him.
