Add the normal postcode to the NSPD and postal geography and promote it.

Reduce the size of the areal units for reporting NeSS

Code all government surveys with OAC and the MRS Social Grade

Provide free sample data on all government survey data

Free on-line cross tabulation on all surveys for key connections

Open the doors at the Met Office and the Centre of Ecology and Hydrology

Consider a matching service at full recovered cost

The commercial sector to gets its act together in understanding what is available

Departments should consider the value of doing work across GB (outside their area)

Trading Funds should increase the flexibility in their licence agreements in particular to encourage value added suppliers to be innovative.
