THE SYSTEM NEEDS TO BE IMPROVED
The service system for older people is fragmented, its structure has not been reformed in accordance with national objectives, good practices are spreading slowly and regional differences are significant.
The implementation of informal care varies between different regions, services to support informal care are offered too seldom and they are not as versatile as such services should be.
