VBS | August 22-26 | Sign-up your kids and invite their friends. Invitations available at the CLC. | Looking for volunteers: crew leaders (elementary), one preschool station leader for two days, and child care workers. Also: help with tech, registration, snack co-leader, decorating, general assistants. Decorations needed: flashlights, climbing ropes, hard hats, lanterns, climbing gear, paper towel rolls. Prayer Ministry: Our prayer team would like to be in prayer for you or together with you. Please fill out a prayer card in the pew pocket and bring to the Church Life Center in the foyer. Today’s caregiver is Krisy Wagner. Pray for Tammy Rempel (FGMB Office Admin.) as she walks with her dad during his last weeks of his life. Her dad’s (Frank Warkentin) cancer has returned to his brain and his spine and he is now at home in palliative care. Pray for Phyllis Mann who is in Switzerland where a specialist removed the cast from her elbow, removed the pins, and determined that part of the joint still needed correcting. He did a second surgery on Thursday. Pray for healing and for safe travels for her and Arthur, who accompanies her. Pray for our Senior and Junior High Youth and leaders, Conrad Mann and Pastor Janessa as they are away on their canoe trip August 11-14. Pray for safety and a meaningful time together!
