Our nutrition these days is very
bad, and we are not looking after our
body.
There are
many ways to fix our diet, to start you
can start by going to a nutritionist. At
a nutritionists office you will find what
foods and vitamins you have been
missing. This is one of the most
effective ways, yet it depends on you
to follow your given diet. If you don’t
follow the diet given to you, you will
still keep the bad eating habits.
Changing you diet is hard at
the beginning if you are asking. At
first you will experience that want to
eat all that junk that you were eating
before. After the first week or two you
will get used to that healthy, balanced
diet. Even though magazines and
newspapers are not always telling the
truth. I know what you are thinking, no
this doesn’t mean we are lying.
Although it may not seem like it but a
healthy diet is the key to a healthy life.
Like every nutritionist your
nutritionist will tell you about My Plate.
Yes, before we used to have the food
pyramid ye we found that that really
doesn’t tell you how big or small the
portions should be. In my plate you
can see pretty much how you should
balance your diet. In my plate you
can every day see if you are following
the healthy eating habits. Not only
can you use my plate but
automatically think if you really need
to eat that or not.
In the world there are many
vegetarians and that means that they
don’t get enough protein in their diet.
In My Plate you can see that protein
is a big part of our diet. This is why
vegetarians replace their meat with
beans. Some people even become
vegans which means that they do not
eat anything that comes from an
animal. A vegan mostly gets his/her
calcium not from milk but from
broccoli. Although it may not seem
like it but broccoli has more calcium
than you can have in any glass of
milk.
Nutrition is very important to
the human being. It is the key to
having a healthy and happy life. It is
good to have a healthy diet because
you will be happy with yourself and
you won’t be hurting your body any
longer. To end this article, I want you
to go ask your nutritionist if you
should trust this article.
What are the eating habits of our
community?

In our community they eat
healthy but unhealthy food too. In this
community we saw some positive and
negative food habits. One example is
that they are eating fast food and that
is not good for your health. Also
people are drinking much coke and
that contains too much sugar. On the
positive side they are eating fruit and
drinking water and that’s good f or
your body.
The eating habits of our
community are eating healthy and
eating fast food. In this chart we see
that 63% of people are eating healthy
a week 4-5 days. People are eating
100% 1-2 times a week fast food. In
this paragraph it says that people
prefer eat good than eat fast food.
This is good to the community to eat
like this.
The people are not eating so
well because they are eating 1-2
times a day and I think that you
should eat 4 fruits a day. The people
have a good nutrition but they have to
eat more fruit a day. The people are
eating too much coke and not so
much water and that’s not healthy.
People are drinking 1-2 two times a
week and that’s not so healthy. We
need to stop drinking too much coke
because if we don’t we will damage
our body.
54% of people are drinking 1
liter of water a day. I think this is good
because the more water you drink is
better. 72% are eating 3 portions of
food a day. In my opinion they should
be eating more than 3 times because
you can maintain a balanced diet. In
this paragraph people are drinking
much of water but they need to eat
more.
In conclusion people are eating
well but if they still are eating well
they also need to do some excersice.
People are doing 4 days a week
excersice because they are taking
care of their body. Eating healthy and
doing excersice is the best for your
body. We can make a better eating
habit by following our good advising.
In conclusion people are eating a
balanced diet to not get anorexia or
obese.

Nutrition is eating healthy. A good
nutrition is essential for a good life.
Nutrition is good for our organisms
and also for our brain. Eating good
nutrition give you energy for a day. In
this article we are going to explain

Nutrition prevents people from getting
sick and helps growing and
development and also learning.
Eating good nutrition promotes a
better life quality. Eating well prevents
a lot of diseases, like cancer
(sometimes). Nutrition makes people
happy and healthy, at the same time.
Nutrition is essential for life.
Nutrition is very important in a human
life, because if you don’t eat you can
be sick, very
sick. You
can have
diseases
like anorexia and bulimia. When
you’re with this psychological problem
any type of nutrition can help you.
Bulimia is dieses that have a lot of
common with the anorexia. So follow
our advice to
have a better
life.
To have a
good nutrition
you need
communication, guidance and
support. If you have a good nutrition,
it helps you in physic form, helps to
your brain and to your whole life. If
there was no nutrition we were having
a lot of diseases and we could also
die. With nutrition we can live healthy
and better. If there was no nutrition
we would have a horrible life.
In conclusion eating a good diet is
very important for all the reasons we
give. So follour our advert! Not for a
good note, for a better life! So make a
good choise! So care about how you
eat!
