Quick Shots from Overhead is shown as we hear our main character--
BART (V.O.) My name is Bart Allen, and I am the son of The Flash. I try to live up to his expectations. But when he vanished, in Gotham City... Central City went crazy. And when I found out I had powers... I became: Impulse!
A quick BLUR speeds through the streets of the city, CENTRAL CITY, the screen fades to WHITE and then:
TITLE CARD - IMPLUSION
INT. BART’S APARTMENT - DAY
A quick long Shot across the room, reveals a very big room. A shine from the window across blocks out the bed we can easily see the bottom of. We move closer to reveal a man, asleep, but then a alarm goes off.
This is BART ALLEN.
IN SLOW MOTION: He speeds around, a bright YELLOW lightning follows in his path. He’s gone, no-longer in the room.
EXT. CENTRAL CITY: STREET 23 - DAY - CONTINUOUS
Bart speeds past the screen.
A SHOT OUTSIDE SHOWING STAR LABS--
INT. STAR LABS - DAY - CONTINUOUS
Bart stops, his in the Cortex now-- Bart looks around, takes a breath.
WELLS Who are you? What are you doing?
BART Uh. I’m Bart... Bart Allen.
WELLS The son of Barry Allen?
BART Yeah him. I just came here for a memory.

WELLS He is The Flash.
BART Yeah... shouldn’t of said that.
WELLS I won’t tell.
BART Thanks.
WELLS Where is he? We haven’t seen The Flash in years.
BART He uh... died.
WELLS Oh. Sorry for your loss. Now, I know you’re here for “memory” but I need you to talk to me about something.
BART And that is?
WELLS Bart. I need someone to save the city. I found evidence of some guy.
BART I got no powers to do that.
WELLS (Being Blunt)
Stop lying... I know you have powers. How else would you get in this place? A ability known only as Phasing!
BART I’m sorry.

BART Well the city is dying slowly from the evil. So I might... no, no I can’t...
WELLS Why not? You have powers, Bart.
BART I know. But I don’t want to die.
WELLS I can train you.
BART How? You don’t even know much about Super-Speed!
WELLS Well, I did know Cisco.
BART My fathers friend.
Bart sits down...
BART Not Flash... Impulse!
WELLS Now, I know where Flash could’ve died. Or as I thought got lost?
BART I know -- Gotham.
WELLS Yeah, and the last thing I saw was... Batman vanished around the same time.
BART I know. It kinda sucks.
WELLS Oh no...

The alarms are broken, they make no sound-- but Wells watch does--
BART What’s that?
WELLS I think you’re needed. Countdown now... Run, Bart... Run!
Bart presses his ear... a suit spreads over his body--
He is now in a full suit... It has gold boots and it is Silver and Red.
BART I’m on it!
Bart speeds off--
EXT. CENTRAL CITY: DOWNTOWN - DAY - CONTINUOUS
Bart arrives in the Streets, heaps of police point their weapons down towards this unknown guy... Bart looks closely. A guy is walking towards them.
Bart lifts his arm to the Police for them to hold their fire--
BART What do you want?
CLYDE For you... dead.
BART Em?
They fire towards Clyde but not at Bart. Bart then stops time... runs and punches Clyde into the sky...
He runs up the building, catches him and then runs down the side of the closest building--
Bart throws Clyde to the ground...
Time continues. All The cops stop firing...
COP #1 Huh?
BART I’m Impulse.
WELLS Well, what was it?
BART Weather Wizard... or something like that.
WELLS Clyde. I know him. He was Flash’s first ever foe he took down... nice take down though. Did you know, that The Flash worked with someone who always had the name Wells. Harry, H.R, Nash or something like that?
BART Yeah. I know. I was in that time... I got sent there.
WELLS Nice. You better tell me how it was.
BART I might.
But then out of nowhere. Something smashes. Off-screen... THE MAN - THE KILLERS begins to play...
CUT TO HALLWAY:
Reveal a guy with a WHITE SUIT on with Gold Stripes, not who you’d think... SPEED DEMON. He increases his walking speed.
CUT TO CORTEX:

Bart puts his suit on fast... as Speed Demon speeds into the Cortex, sending Wells flying -- Speed Demon shoves Bart against a wall... he holds Bart up against the wall.
STRANGER Bart... The Son of Flash...
Bart gets a vision, it’s glitchy...
Bart looks at the guy...
BART Who are you?
STRANGER Not good enough. Dust to Dust, Bart!
Stranger throws Bart across the room. Then lifts his arms up into the air, and then causes lightning to grab onto the roof and destroys everything.
Stranger speeds off.
INT. BASEMENT - NIGHT - CONTINUOUS
Stranger enters, the song plays louder... Then the mask disappears revealing his true Identity: NOAH MAD.
Noah looks at a screen.
NOAH He’ll pay... for what he did.
SLAM TO BLACK.
