Project Objectives

What are we doing?• Providing an automated workforce planning, labor scheduling, and

budget platform to ensure compliance and effective utilization of human capital in stores, branches, and distribution centers.

What do we want from a Workforce Management tool?• In the short term, we want visibility to our labor drivers and

corresponding spend. • Our medium term expectations are that we will obtain additional

payroll control and optimization.

• Finally, in the long term, we want to leverage payroll while still

achieving our customer service promise.
