No. CW-II-22/6/2022-CW-Il (e-99580) 05" July, 2022 Dear Sir/Madam, As you may be aware that the Ministry of Women and Child Development is implementing a Centrally Sponsored Scheme “Mission Vatsalya” erstwhile Child Protection Services (CPS) Scheme, since 2009- 10 for the welfare and rehabilitation of children in difficult circumstances. All the States/UTs have signed the Memorandum of Undertaking (MoU) with the Ministry for implementation of the Scheme. 2. — | would like to inform you that the guidelines for implementation of Mission Vatsalya have been approved by the competent authority. | would like to share these guidelines of the Mission Vatsalya Scheme indicating financial norms for different components of the Scheme. The norms of Mission Vatsalya will be applicable from 01* April, 2022. 3. | would, therefore, request you to prepare your financial proposal and plans for the year 2022-23 under Mission Vatsalya Scheme on the basis of financial norms of Guidelines.
