Important Note: The 'Problem(IT)' button is located in the 'Assessment/Plan' panel just above thedialog box in the 'Cardiology' specialty. (See image below)
Searching for ICD-10 Codes using KeywordsLike the ICD-9 version of IMO, users can search for the desired diagnosis by typing in a descriptionof the problem. In the space provided, free text keywords that describe the problem then, click the'Search' button.

Searching for the Equivelent ICD-10 Code using ICD-9As we transition from ICD-9 to ICD-10, users are able to use ICD-9 codes to search for thecorresponding ICD-10 version of the diagnosis. Simply free text the ICD-9 code into the spaceprovided then, click the 'Search' button.

As you can see, whether using keywords or typing ICD-9 codes, a list of diagnoses appear withassociated ICD-10 code. (See image below)
Identifying and Selecting Codes with more SpecificityUsers can select the desired diagnosis by clicking on the blue '+' sign next to the diagnosis.However, some diagnosis may require more specificity. These diagnosis can be identified by a blue'>' sign.

When clicking on the '>' sign, additional options are given to help you be more specific about theproblem. You can select the desired diagnosis, by clicking the blue '+' sign next to the desireddescription. (See image below)
Important Note: The list of diagnosis can be filtered, by clicking the check boxes above.

After selecting the desired diagnosis, select the 'Status' from the pop-up menu then, click 'OK'.

The diagnosis along with it's associated ICD-10 code now appears in the 'Assessments' dialog box.After selecting all desired diagnosis, click the 'Save & Close' button.
