Bio SB ImmunoDetector Technology
The Bio SB ImmunoDetector is a highly sensitive biotin-streptavidin detection system that allows for the demonstration of antigens in paraffin-embedded tissue, cryostat sections, cytosmears, and cell preparations. The increased sensitivity of the ImmunoDetector Detection System allows for rapid staining procedures without compromising the quality of stains.
The ImmunoDetector Detection System is a universal detection system which is suitable for use with mouse or rabbit primary antibodies. Compared with competing avidin-biotin based detection systems, the immunodetector generates higher sensitivity and specificity at a competitive price.
• Anti-mouse and rabbit Fab’ micro-polymer detection technology allows for better cell penetration to deliver a highly specific and sensitive signal.
• Available in HRP or AP configurations.• Universal Ready-to-use formulation detects mouse or rabbit antibodies .• AP and HRP Systems can be used in multiplex IHC staining.• Optimized for use with Bio SB Tinto Prediluted antibodies.• Kits available in mouse/rabbit configurations.• All kits manufactured according to US FDA and ISO 13485 Guidelines.

PolyDetector Technology The Bio SB PolyDetector is a non-biotin, micro-polymeric detection system that allows for the demonstration of antigens in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue, cryostat sections, blood smears, cytosmears, and cell preparations. The Bio SB PolyDetector was developed with proprietary tandem hyperlabelling micro-polymer technology used to directly label immunoglobulins with enzymes. This ensures consistent and reproducible immunostaining for all types of nuclear, cytoplasmic and membranous antigens, in different types of tissues. The increased sensitivity of the PolyDetector system allows for rapid staining procedures without compromising stain quality. Available in HRP and AP configurations, the PolyDetector is ideal for users with a need to implement multiplex IHC technologies into their laboratories.

The Bio SB PolyDetector Plus system is a highly sensitive micro-polymeric detection system that allows for the demonstration of antigens in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue, cryostat sections, blood smears, cytosmears, and cell preparations. PolyDetector Plus is developed using a proprietary tandem hyperlabelling micro-polymer technology used to directly label immunoglobulins with enzymes which ensures consistent and reproducible immunostaining in different types of tissues. The PolyDetector Plus kit incorporates a linking polymer and a micro-polymer label. This multiple component polymer delivers a highly sensitive and specific signal in a shorter time-frame than the PolyDetector.

Bio SB substrate-chromogens are highly sensitive chromogens that are optimized for use in immunohistochemistry. Ideal for both clinical and research settings, Bio SB chromogens can be paired with either biotin or micro-polymer based detection systems. Multiplex IHC users can pair Bio SB AP & HRP PolyDetector systems with any combination of AP & HRP substrate-chromogens to detect multiple antigens on a tissue.
