+Dictionary meanings Cell wall

A cell wall is a stiff layer of suger molecules bonded together lying outside the plasma membrane of the cell. The cell wall is what gives the shape for the cell.

Cell membraneA cell membrane is the membrane that lets some particle pass though it and other to not, it is surrounding the cytoplasm of the cell.

NucleusThe nucleus is the centre and the most important part of the object. It controls all the chemical reactions that happen in the cell.

VacuoleThe vacuole is a space within the cytoplasm of the cell, a membrane encloses it and it generally contains fluid, wastes and nutrients.

Cytoplasm is a material or protoplasm that is within a livingcell it is where the work of of the cell takes place.

RibosomesRibosomes are a minute particle that produces protein that is used by the body of growth and repair.

MitochondriaMitochondria are an organelle found in large numbers in most cells. It releases energy from food.

ChloroplastsChloroplasts are a plastid that contains chlorophyll and uses the process of photosynthesis. Chlorophyll is a green substance and is found in the green part of plants.

+Difference

If you were to tell the difference between an animal cell and a plant cell. It would be very easy.

A animal cell doesn't have a cell wall but it does have a cell membrane which acts as a wall for the cell. Animal cells are round.

A plant cell is more like a rectangle with round sides. It isn’t as round as the animal cell. A plant cell has a cell wall and a cell membrane.

Fungi cells have the same parts as an animal cell but it has a cell wall, like a plant cell. Plants and fungal cells are made up of different chemicals, that’s why they aren’t the same. Fungal cells don’t have chloroplasts which mean they cannot make their own food. Whatever the fungi is living on, it will digest it and live on it.

+ WHAT IS DNA AND WHERE IS IT FOUND?

DNA is a chemical that is found in every cell of a living thing. DNA carries directions that tells every living thing how to develop and how to work. The three letters is DNA comes from the word deoxyribonucleic acid. In most creatures the DNA is inside the cell nucleus. The nucleus is the centre of the cell. There are threadlike structures in the nucleus called chromosomes with mainly consists of DNA. The DNA molecule is shaped like a twisted ladder.  

Short sections of the DNA are called genes. Genes come from your family history, and they are what tell your body how high to be or what colour your hair should be.
