How to write emails
• Avoid writing in CAPITAL LETTERS, they re considered as 'shouting', make the things you want to highlight bold/italic/or both instead. (But don't write the whole email in bold!)
• Use proper punctuation: Start your sentences with a capital letter, use commas and full stops. And don't end sentences with three dots, etc.
• Always start with a greeting. When writing to multiple people, write their names in alphabetical order in the greeting.
• Have a flow & a structure, try to write in paragraphs, use numbering, etc.
• Avoid spelling mistakes. Proof read before sending.• Never use slang in your emails, its not an instant/text message.• Have a professional email signature.
