After the disastrous well-pull from where we left you. It was time to send people back to It’s Not Easy Making Green for another session to get to level 10.

The session got off to a good start, literally.

“Eva’s hot when she’s being turned into a witch.”

All garden club ladies glitching through the wall aside, the Good witch seems to be happy to add Eva to the ranks.

Noone else really seems to care.

“Powers of the sun, make my zits be on the run!”

“It didn’t work.”

“What did you expect? Your request was selfish and petty. I recommend you study hard and learn that the best way to get what you want is to give first.”

“Yeah right.”

“Try it and see.”

“It says here that in order to be loved, you must first love. Rubbish. The writers of this book must not have met my family.”

“It says here that the more in tuned to the good side a witch gets the more it shows on her exterior? You mean like some kind of sparkly come hither sign?”

“Can I check out?”

“In a minute!”

“Eva. Your father and I have a concern. You have been neglecting your duties to the business.”

“What do you mean?”

“You have been spending all of your time on frivolous things while the shelves and customers go unattended.”

“Um, Mom. If following the rules of the legacy is frivolous, then yeah I’m frivolous. But considering that the player hasn’t touched us in over three months. I’m kind of worried. Aren’t you?”

“Oh I am sure that there is nothing to worry about. She’s just busy or sick or something. She’ll be back, no one can resist me.”

“Mom, I think you’re a little delusional.” “How dare you say that!”

“What? Look, I’ll take care of this stupid shop, but I’d rather be doing other things.”

“Good and change out of that ridiculous outfit. It is inappropriate for a girl your age.”

“Yes, Mom. Anything else?”

“Don’t back talk to me! I don’t know what I did to deserve such a daughter.”

“I don’t know what I did to deserve you for a mom.”

“Eva!”

“What?”

“I heard that. If you don’t get your act together, I will ground you until you are an adult. No dates, no friends, no nothing. Got it?”

“Yes, Mom. I’ve got it.”

Corbin, as usual, manages to avoid the drama between his wife and daughter.

Eva charmed the customers.

Sometimes literally.

“You do know that I was your aunt’s aspiration fodder?”

“So? If it’s good enough for Auntie Bones…”

“Nice to know I rate.”

Corbin fixed up the playables.

“Are you sure that this is a good look for me? I mean I wouldn’t want to disappoint the ladies.”

“It looks great, Mr. Jacquet. Blond eyebrows and black hair are so last century.”

And Fantasy, well, she thrust herself into uncomfortable situations.

Eva even found time to work on her magic in between waiting on customers and putting up with her mother’s haranguing.

Eventually she reached the pinnacle of goodness.

Which, of course, meant that it was time to go home.

Where there was a little time to make a some magic before a major event.

“Woo! Time to get older, sis!”

“Are you sure I need to? I’m quite happy to remain as I am.”

“Sorry. Heiress and all.”

“Well fine, I don’t see why I need so many candles, though.”

Fantasy grew up into a very interesting ensemble and dyed hair. The hair fits her, the clothes, not so much.

“Oh my, your boobs they’re so saggy!”

“Watch it, Bones! I still don’t have any nice points.”

“But their so pendulous, can you tell time with them?”

“You’ve been spending way too much time around Anime.”

Corbin also was set to have his birthday. Might as well do a two for one.

“Go Daddy! Make a wish.”

“I wish for a lovely blonde.”

“I am not listening to this.”

Corbin also grew up well and into decent clothes, not him but if this were an Apoc I would be pleased.

“Good party.”

“Yes, it was.”

“Fantasy are you upset with me.”

“Why would I be? My husband has a thing for blondes, I can accept that.”

“Fantasy, when I said I wished for a hot blonde, I meant you.”

“Oh.”

“Yeah. So why don’t we prove to everyone that age is only a number.”

“Oh Corbin, what did I do to deserve you?”

“What did I do to deserve this life? I don’t want to be heiress. I don’t want to be a witch. And I don’t want to put up with Mom.”

“Evangelion!”

“Yes, Mom?”

“Come here I need to talk to you.”

“I’ll be there as soon as I get dressed.”

“What did you want, Mom?”

“I wanted to talk to you about the business.”

“Okay…”

“What’s this?”

“The deed and all of the inventory for restocking. The place is yours, Eva. Take care of it.”

“But…”

“No buts, as heiress you need to take care of it and there are a few other things you need to work on.”

“Oh?”

“Your hobby. The family hobby is gaming. So hop to it.”

“Okay.”

But in order to make her life easier she spend a little time with her cauldron.

So we could get the throne of light. Useless for everyone else in the house, but instant energizer for Eva. She’s going to need it.

We have a lot of game playing to do.

“Hey Moonshine, long time no see.”

“Aro?”

“I’ve missed you, boy. I wish I didn’t have to spend so much time away so I could play with you. I’d adopt you but I don’t think Mom would allow it.”

“Evangelion! Time to do your homework!”

“Yes, Mom! Gotta go, boy. It was nice seeing you.”

“Awww, man I hate doing homework. I can’t wait until I graduate and then I never have to do it again.”

“Awww, Moonshine you waited for me. Aren’t you a sweet puppy?”

“What? Just because I am sitting on an invisible chair doesn’t mean that you can chew it, Mooney-boy. Still, it does look a little weird.”

“Baby, are you feeling okay?”

“I’m fine, why?”

“Clowns, you painted clowns.”

“But they’re happy!”

“It doesn’t matter. They are clowns. Clowns are evil.”

“Oh Daddy. I promise not to paint anymore evil clowns.”

“Thank you.”

“I love you, Daddy!”

“Love you too, squirt.”

Have I mentioned that no one in the house eats? They all drink juice of various things.

“Wanna go on a date. Make up for last time?”

“Sure!”

“Awww nothing quite like the love between a boy and his llama.”

“Ugh! Remind me to change.”

“Hey, I like the change.”

“You know you remind me of my father.”

“I do?”

“Yep! He constantly is checking out my mom’s boobs.”

“Well if they are as nice as yours…”

“The creator hasn’t played us in three months. If you don’t do something drastic, she’ll ignore us until we fall off of the first page.”

“What? No. It’s for my daughter.”

“Oh. I was hoping for a little sugar. Could you slip me some?”

“NO! I’m a married man! I love my wife.”

“That’s not what I hear.”

“Ack!”

“Not going to college?”

“No. I don’t want to, and to be honest you don’t seem to care either.”

“It is your choice, I just hope you don’t regret it.”

“I don’t think I will.”

“Blow out the candles, baby! Make a wish.”

“I wish that I am nothing like my mother.”

“So how do I look?”

“Nice outerwear. But kind of warm for inside, don’t you think?”

“So a change then?”

“Wishing well, give me the one thing I want more than anything else…”

“Nice drop, niece.”

“Hi.”

“Hi.”

“I’m going to kiss you now.”

“Okay.”

“So! It’s nice to meet you…”

“Nery.”

“Nery. I like the sound of that. So would you like to move in? I can’t promise much, a meddling mother-in-law and legacy life.”

“I can’t imagine anything better if you are in it…”

“Evangelion. Eva for short.”

“Eva you are my everything. I’d be happy to move in.”

“Although no one told me about the mandatory makeovers. Still, it could be worse.”

“Looking good!”

“This painting reminds me of you.”

“Why? Because she’s alone and neglected?”

“No, because she’s waiting for the right man to come to her.”

“Oh, Nery. You are the best birthday present I’ve ever gotten.”

“So does that mean that you need to unwrap me?”

“I was hoping you would ask.”

“This is nice.”

“It gets even nicer.”

“Really?”

“Let me show you.”

“You sure showed me.”

So if you haven’t guessed, Nery and Eva are sickeningly cute with each other.

So it shouldn’t be any surprise that they got engaged.

“Yes! You read my mind! I was hoping for this!”

“You were?”

“Why would you think otherwise? I need to go invite everyone over for a wedding party.”

“Eva are you sure you want to get married?”

“Of course. Why woudn’t I?”

“Oh no reason.”

“Ugh! Just what I wanted. To be sick on my wedding day. How can this get any worse?”

“I like the dress. But aren’t you cold?”

“Yes. But if we get this over with fast, we can go back inside and into a nice warm bed.”

“I like how you think, Eva.”

“I like you, Nery.”

“Boring! Get on with it.”

“Yes, Mama.”

“There! I’m married! Are you happy, Mom?”

“So you got married to please your parents?”

“I love you, Nery. I didn’t need the vows to show that. But my parents.”

“You don’t need to say anymore. I can see the writing on the wall.”

“You can? You mean…”

“You only married me because your parents wanted it. They wouldn’t let you just live with me.”

“Sorry. Are you mad at me?”

“At you? No. I just wish you’d told me.”

“I mentioned a meddling mother-in-law.”

“That you did. I just didn’t get how meddling.”

“So you still love me?”

“I love you, Eva. I will always love you. You are my everything.”

“Your parents on the other hand…”

“Let’s forget my parents, if just for today.”

“Gladly.”

Eva and Nery concentrated on having a good time. They ate their cake.

Eva cast a few spells.

And in the end, a good time was had by all.

Even Fantasy and Corbin.

“Yay! Our daughter’s married, you know what that means!”

“That we don’t have to eat anymore stale cake?”

“Grandbabies!”

“I think that is up to Eva and Nery. Besides she’s only allowed to have one pregnancy.”

Wedding over, it was time to move on to other things. Eva employed a gardener to help her with the grounds.

While Fantasy and Corbin wiled away their elder years doing whatever they wanted to do.

Which included painting a few portraits for the mausoleum wall.

All too soon, Eva found that her and Nery’s marriage was about to bear fruit.

And this is where I am going to leave you kids. I’ve played a little ahead. Not much. But I do know what is coming. I also have an OWBC update that I am close to getting out.
